As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in accurately processing payroll for both internal employees and consultants. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure payroll is completed efficiently and in full compliance with labor and tax regulations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Process weekly payroll for internal and contract employees with high accuracy
✔️ Manage payroll data entry and generate related reports
✔️ Resolve employee payroll queries clearly and professionally
✔️ Troubleshoot and fix payment-related issues efficiently
✔️ Ensure payroll accuracy by gathering, calculating, and validating compensation data
✔️ Follow payroll policies and maintain full compliance with labor and tax regulations
✔️ Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance, and Verification teams
✔️ Prepare payroll-related files before strict processing deadlines
✔️ Support cross-department payroll training and shadowing sessions
✔️ Assist in mentoring and training new Payroll Administrators
✔️ Help run select payrolls for self-employed pay groups
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
✔️ Previous customer service experience
✔️ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
✔️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
✔️ Strong problem-solving mindset
✔️ High level of professionalism and integrity
✔️ Ability to work with confidential payroll and employee payment data
