π About the Role
As an Operations Associate, youβll be the bridge between students and their dream accommodations. Youβll manage inquiries, guide students through the booking process, and ensure they have a smooth, reliable, and delightful experience from start to finish.

π Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Customer Interaction: Understand student needs and provide personalized housing recommendations.

Market Expertise: Build strong knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and localities.

Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to ensure closure.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to streamline operations.

Data Management: Accurately record and manage customer interactions in CRM tools.

Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
π Requirements & Qualifications

0β2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

Excellent verbal and written communication in neutral English.

Strong listening, negotiation, and time management skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools or similar platforms.

Education: Graduate with minimum 60% aggregate.
