As a freelance Operations Analyst, you are responsible for the “health” of the project pipeline. You ensure that the data curation and AI operations run at peak efficiency without compromising on quality.

  • Workflow Architecture: Analyse current operational paths and identify where processes can be automated or streamlined.

  • KPI Management: Track, report, and interpret key performance metrics across multiple data projects to ensure client SLAs are met.

  • Bottleneck Identification: Proactively find “chokepoints” in the delivery cycle and recommend scalable fixes.

  • Standardisation: Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency as the team scales globally.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement control measures to verify that the human-curated data meets the high standards required for foundational AI models.
