🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
As a Speciality Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in the development and support of enterprise-grade Java and Angular applications. Your role involves building scalable full-stack solutions while maintaining a strong focus on performance, security, and user experience.

Design, develop, and maintain UI, business logic, data access layers, reports, and data extracts.

Ensure proper implementation of security standards and controls.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to interpret requirements and deliver impactful IT solutions.

Demonstrate high proficiency in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and Pair Programming.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Continuously seek improvements in code quality, performance, and team collaboration.
