🧠 About the Role – Junior Business Analyst
As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams — uncovering challenges, defining requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of impactful business initiatives.
Your goal? To translate ideas into structured solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and success.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities – Junior Business Analyst
✅ Understand & Translate Needs: Work closely with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements into clear technical specifications.
✅ Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
✅ Document Clearly: Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to ensure alignment at every project stage.
✅ Manage Stakeholders: Bridge communication between business and tech teams through discussions, presentations, and workshops.
✅ Leverage Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
✅ Ensure Quality: Collaborate with QA teams and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
✅ Support Change: Assist with training, documentation, and adoption strategies for smooth rollout of new tools and processes.
✅ Work Agile: Partner with product owners and developers in Agile/Scrum setups to deliver projects efficiently.
🌟 Preferred Skills & Qualifications – Junior Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools.
• Expertise in documentation — BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
💡 Nice to Have
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Scrum Master.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and building BI dashboards.
