As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing business processes, conducting requirement-gathering workshops, and ensuring that business objectives are aligned with system design and development. 📊 Key Responsibilities – IT Business Analyst

Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user requirements

Document requirements, define scope, and align system objectives with business goals

Work across the complete loan lifecycle: Origination, Management, Servicing, and Collection

Translate Business Requirement Documents (BRD) into Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and managers

Analyze manual operational processes and convert them into automated solutions

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and perform AS-IS vs TO-BE gap analysis

Design process flows, wireframes, dashboards, and business reports

Prepare FSDs, user manuals, and support UAT & SIT testing

Collaborate with development teams on application architecture and design decisions

Perform gap and impact analysis for system changes and enhancements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT

Strong understanding of Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems

Experience with CRM, LOS, LMS, and HRMS platforms
💻 Technical Skills

Good understanding of .NET-based applications

Hands-on exposure to AngularJS and MS SQL Server
