🌟 About the Role – International Sales Specialist

As an International Sales Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Codeyoung in global markets. You’ll interact with international clients, identify sales opportunities, close deals, and build long-term relationships that drive company growth.

This role offers hands-on exposure to international sales, customer personas, and market strategies — making it an ideal start for ambitious professionals eager to make an impact.

🔑 Key Responsibilities – International Sales Specialist

✅ Engage with international clients and understand their learning needs.
✅ Identify and close sales opportunities through consultative selling.
✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
✅ Learn and adapt to different international markets and client profiles.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and customer service mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• Must be an immediate joiner.

💰 Compensation & Perks

💼 Training Period (2 Months): ₹20,000/month (fixed)
💼 Post-Training CTC: ₹8.36 LPA
  - ₹4.36 LPA (Fixed)
  - ₹4 LPA (Incentives)
🕒 Shift Timing: 9 PM – 6 AM (IST)
