๐งฉ Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Executive
๐น Recruitment & Onboarding
The HR Executive will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

Sourcing and screening candidates

Coordinating interviews and offers
-
Managing joining formalities and induction programs
-
Maintaining recruitment data and manpower reports
๐น Employee Grievance & Complaint Handling
A major part of the role involves handling employee relations:

Addressing employee grievances and disciplinary matters
-
Conducting preliminary investigations
-
Coordinating with management for corrective actions
-
Maintaining confidential grievance records and ensuring timely resolution
๐น Statutory Compliance (Labor Laws)
The role ensures adherence to various labor regulations, such as:

Shops & Establishment Act
-
Factories Act (if applicable)
-
Payment of Wages / Minimum Wages Act
-
Bonus, Gratuity, and Leave laws
This includes maintaining statutory registers, coordinating with labor authorities, and supporting audits or inspections.
๐น PF, ESI & Payroll Compliance
The HR Executive will also handle:

PF & ESI registrations and monthly returns

Employee enrollments, exits, and claim processes

Coordination with payroll for statutory deductions

Resolving PF/ESI-related employee queries
๐น Legal & Disciplinary Matters
The role supports legal compliance by:

Coordinating with legal consultants

Drafting show-cause notices, warning letters, and charge sheets

Supporting domestic inquiries and disciplinary actions

Handling statutory notices and legal correspondence
๐น HR Operations & Documentation
Daily HR operations include:

Maintaining employee records and HR MIS

Drafting HR documents such as appointment, confirmation, and termination letters

Supporting HR audits and internal compliance reviews
๐ Qualifications & Requirements – Human Resources Executive
Education:
-
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Preferred: MBA / PGDM in HR
Experience:
-
2โ5 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance
Key Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and Indian labor laws
-
Experience in grievance handling and disciplinary processes
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll systems
