๐Ÿงฉ Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Executive

๐Ÿ”น Recruitment & Onboarding

The HR Executive will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates

  • Coordinating interviews and offers

  • Managing joining formalities and induction programs

  • Maintaining recruitment data and manpower reports

๐Ÿ”น Employee Grievance & Complaint Handling

A major part of the role involves handling employee relations:

  • Addressing employee grievances and disciplinary matters

  • Conducting preliminary investigations

  • Coordinating with management for corrective actions

  • Maintaining confidential grievance records and ensuring timely resolution

๐Ÿ”น Statutory Compliance (Labor Laws)

The role ensures adherence to various labor regulations, such as:

  • Shops & Establishment Act

  • Factories Act (if applicable)

  • Payment of Wages / Minimum Wages Act

  • Bonus, Gratuity, and Leave laws

This includes maintaining statutory registers, coordinating with labor authorities, and supporting audits or inspections.

๐Ÿ”น PF, ESI & Payroll Compliance

The HR Executive will also handle:

  • PF & ESI registrations and monthly returns

  • Employee enrollments, exits, and claim processes

  • Coordination with payroll for statutory deductions

  • Resolving PF/ESI-related employee queries

๐Ÿ”น Legal & Disciplinary Matters

The role supports legal compliance by:

  • Coordinating with legal consultants

  • Drafting show-cause notices, warning letters, and charge sheets

  • Supporting domestic inquiries and disciplinary actions

  • Handling statutory notices and legal correspondence

๐Ÿ”น HR Operations & Documentation

Daily HR operations include:

  • Maintaining employee records and HR MIS

  • Drafting HR documents such as appointment, confirmation, and termination letters

  • Supporting HR audits and internal compliance reviews


๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Requirements – Human Resources Executive

Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Preferred: MBA / PGDM in HR

Experience:

  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and Indian labor laws

  • Experience in grievance handling and disciplinary processes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll systems

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to join immediately

  • MBA qualification preferred
