🌟 About the Role – HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers (Director level and below). You’ll handle HR-related queries, provide guidance on policies, and ensure a seamless employee experience.
This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to people success. If you’re solution-oriented and love helping teams thrive — this role is for you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities – HR Generalist
✅ Handle and respond to employee HR queries related to benefits, records, compensation, recruitment, training, etc.
✅ Provide coaching and first-level support for employee and performance issues.
✅ Execute voluntary termination activities and ensure compliance.
✅ Collaborate with COEs to implement effective HR solutions.
✅ Manage employee data and maintain confidentiality.
✅ Support HR operations through reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
✅ Work effectively in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications – HR Generalist
• 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, tools, and policies.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and triaging skills.
• Empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
