Key Responsibilities:

📱 Social Strategy Support – Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to align visuals with brand storytelling.
🎨 Creative Design – Develop innovative concepts that match Pentagram’s design excellence.
📝 Copy & Visual Harmony – Craft compelling captions and align them with visuals for maximum impact.
📊 Trend Research – Stay updated on social media and design trends to enhance content performance.
🤝 Collaboration – Work closely with project managers and creative directors to maintain brand consistency.
⚡ Timely Delivery – Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Design/Marketing/Communication (preferred but not mandatory).
💻 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
📷 Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
📱 Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and TikTok content dynamics.
🌍 Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
