📌 Role Summary

As a Freelance Professional Services Consultant, you will support Genpact and its clients in driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and implementing innovative solutions. This is a contractual role that requires strong consulting skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze current operations and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver client-focused professional services across areas such as operations, process optimization, digital adoption, and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and implementation support for technology and process enhancements.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
  • Develop documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate progress and results.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations, timelines, and agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with global teams, adapting solutions to diverse industries (Finance, Banking, Insurance, Supply Chain, etc.).

🎯Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • 4–8 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC).
  • Exposure to digital tools (RPA, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms).
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage deliverables in a freelance/contract setting.

⭐ Preferred

  • Consulting experience with global clients.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt).
  • Familiarity with GenAI, automation platforms, or ERP systems.

📅 Contract Details

  • Freelance / project-based assignment.
  • Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on business need).
  • Flexible remote work with occasional client interaction or travel.
  • Compensation based on project scope and expertise
