⭐ Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at IDEO, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through visual storytelling, design systems, and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including researchers, interaction designers, and strategists—to deliver high-quality design outputs that support both client projects and IDEO’s own initiatives.

➡️ Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs across print, digital, and experiential platforms.
• Develop brand identities, visual systems, and guidelines that align with client and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into powerful visual narratives.
• Design presentations, prototypes, infographics, marketing collateral, and storytelling assets.
• Apply typography, color theory, layout, and motion graphics to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing to both visual and strategic discussions.
• Ensure consistency of design across multiple touchpoints while maintaining creativity and innovation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to inspire new design approaches.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or consulting).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across different mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (visual + verbal).
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
