⭐ About the Role

Verinon is seeking a highly experienced Excel Analyst to join our remote team and support complex data operations, automation initiatives, and SharePoint Online post-migration remediation. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Excel, advanced formula troubleshooting, and PowerShell scripting. You will work closely with data engineers, SharePoint administrators, and business teams to ensure data accuracy, seamless migration, and improved reporting efficiency.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced Excel file analysis, including validation of formulas, external links, pivot tables, data models, and dependencies.

  • Identify and correct broken links, incorrect references, and outdated connections within large enterprise Excel workbooks.

  • Conduct data cleanup, data normalization, and consistency checks to ensure high data integrity across multiple sources.

  • Develop and execute automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance processing speed.

  • Support SharePoint Online post-migration validation, including verifying document libraries, metadata, file connections, and integrated data flows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and formula issues arising from cloud migrations or file restructuring.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.

  • Create documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards to support ongoing remediation activities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal data standards, governance policies, and security protocols.

⭐ Required Skills & Experience

  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced): 3+ years

    • Must be proficient with complex formulas, nested logic, lookups, macros (bonus), and troubleshooting.

  • SharePoint Online Data Handling: 4+ years

    • Experience handling document libraries, metadata, links, and migration-related issues.

  • Data Migration: 2+ years

    • Experience with file restructuring, content movement, and validation after migration.

  • Formula/Link Validation: 3+ years

    • Ability to quickly audit large Excel files and fix broken references or dependencies.

  • PowerShell Scripting: 2+ years

    • Ability to automate repetitive tasks, validate file structures, and generate logs.

Annual Pay: ₹884,557.96 – ₹1,504,789.97
