About the Role: Data Analytics Intern

Career Domain is actively seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Data Analytics Intern to join its expanding operations team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. As a Data Analytics Intern, you will play a central role in translating raw, multi-channel data streams into actionable strategic insights. Working closely with cross-functional product, marketing, and mentoring teams, your daily focus will range from initial data pipeline sanitisation to building highly visible executive dashboards. Key Responsibilities & Analytical Workflows

• Data Collection & Cleansing Pipelines: Gather, aggregate, and normalise raw data inputs from various internal user platforms and external research databases, ensuring absolute records integrity and structural alignment.

• Exploratory Pattern Analysis: Analyse complex operational datasets to systematically isolate emerging user trends, engagement patterns, and underlying systemic insights.

• Cadence Reporting & Synthesis: Engineer, automate, and distribute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports detailing core business trajectories.

• BI Visualisations & Dashboard Design: Build and maintain responsive, interactive dashboards and data presentation models using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or dedicated Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.

• KPI Tracking & Metrics Auditing: Assist management teams in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnosing conversion blockages, and running quantitative performance audits.

• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Conduct structural market research and competitor matrix evaluations to support strategic, data-driven startup expansion choices.
