As a Data Analyst at PMG, you will play a central role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables that directly support client business processes and operational excellence.
About the Role
The Data Analyst will contribute to end-to-end operational processes, execute data-driven procedures, and support client delivery activities while working closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead. This hybrid role combines analytical problem-solving, data validation, process optimization, and clear communication to ensure seamless execution of client operations.
You will work within structured operational frameworks, uphold strict quality standards, and offer continuous improvements to workflows, tools, and models. Over time, you’ll develop subject-matter expertise that allows you to independently manage processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall delivery strategy for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Analytical Execution

Understand client business needs, rules, data structures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Execute predefined operational tasks accurately and efficiently.

Suggest and implement enhancements that optimize process quality and turnaround time.

Conduct secondary research to support operational decision-making and analytical tasks.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

Perform rigorous quality checks and validations on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support the creation and documentation of more efficient operational models, SOPs, governance frameworks, and quality criteria.

Assist in defining new workflows and implementing process automation where feasible.

Remain updated on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with multiple stakeholders—including cross-timezone teams—to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

Support engineering teams by providing operational insights for new tools or updated workflows.

Test new operational procedures, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality benchmarks.

Coordinate tasks across clients and internal PMG departments, contributing to holistic project success.
Task & Stakeholder Management

Balance multiple client tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with high accuracy.

Track unplanned tasks that emerge during operations and communicate effectively with involved parties.

Investigate client questions related to analytics or operational deliverables and provide clear resolutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Communication, or related technical field.

1–2 years of experience with data analysis tools, especially SQL; familiarity with stored procedures is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented thinking, and an operational mindset.

Experience working with cross-timezone teams, preferably in analytics or consulting environments.

Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals, managed care, or healthcare analytics is an added advantage.

Strong communication skills and experience presenting or delivering insights to clients.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree, MBA/PGDM, or equivalent qualification.

Experience in product development, operations, or process management.

Prior exposure to the U.S. healthcare ecosystem or life sciences domain.
