KAIZEN Asset Management Services is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst (MIS) to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and automated dashboards aligned with enterprise MIS standards.
As a Data Analyst (MIS), you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights for senior management and business stakeholders. You will support the Company’s transition from manual, spreadsheet-based reporting to automated dashboards and AI-enabled analytics, while continuing to deliver high-quality enterprise reports across departments.
🎯 Role Purpose
The Data Analyst (MIS) will support enterprise-wide reporting, KPI management, and dashboard development. The role focuses on analyzing business data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and delivering clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
You will work closely with the MIS function, business managers, executives, and system owners to ensure reporting consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Dashboard Development & BI Delivery

Design, build, and maintain MIS, executive, and departmental dashboards (financial, operational, CX, OA, PM).

Translate business KPIs into clear, visual, and actionable dashboards.

Ensure dashboards are automated, refreshed on time, and aligned with MIS standards.

Maintain consistency in dashboard structure, visuals, definitions, and metrics across the organization.

Work confidently with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Yellowfin or similar platforms).
2. Data Analysis & KPI Management

Analyze large datasets from multiple systems and data sources.

Validate KPI definitions, formulas, thresholds, and reporting logic in line with the MIS Data Dictionary.

Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and data reconciliation.

Identify performance gaps, anomalies, and red flags, and communicate insights clearly to management.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports to support business decisions.
3. Enterprise Reporting & Business Support

Manage enterprise-wide reporting processes, ensuring accurate capture, storage, and maintenance of critical business data.

Prepare timely, decision-ready reports for management and executives.

Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.

Collaborate with departments to gather reporting requirements and define reporting specifications.

Support managers and executives with analysis aligned to departmental and organizational objectives.
4. Systems, Tools & AI Enablement

Support the transition from manual reports to automated dashboards.

Collaborate with the AI Tools Specialist to leverage AI-powered reporting, automation, and anomaly detection.

Understand system integrations, data flows, and basic API concepts (no coding required).

Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and reporting platforms.
5. Data Quality & Integrity

Perform regular validation checks and reconciliations across systems.

Review reports to identify and resolve discrepancies and data quality issues.

Maintain databases and perform updates to ensure ongoing data accuracy.

Support data integrity initiatives and contribute to root-cause analysis of recurring issues.

Ensure secure handling of business-critical information with strong professional judgment.
6. Business Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work across business lines with managers and executives.

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within MIS and reporting processes.

Support the design and improvement of data recording and business analysis systems.
🎓 Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or in a similar role.

Proven experience in enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis.
