Role Overview
Total eBIZ LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Data Analyst Intern (Freshers / 0–1 year experience) to join its analytics team.
This internship is designed to give early-career candidates practical exposure to real-world datasets, database management, performance dashboarding, and business intelligence reporting. You will work closely with the analytics team to extract, clean, and analyze operational data while creating visual reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, structure, and validate raw data from multiple operational databases and spreadsheets.

Excel & Dashboard Reporting: Develop and update spreadsheets, visual dashboards, and performance reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Trend & Pattern Analysis: Perform basic exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and operational patterns.

Database Maintenance: Assist in updating, organizing, and maintaining structured relational databases and data repositories.

Business Insights & Support: Translate data outputs into actionable summaries and support the analytics team with ad-hoc analytical requests.
Required & Preferred Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.

Technical Qualifications:

Core Requirement: Fundamental working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organisation, basic formatting).

Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge or exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Python is a strong advantage.

Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and good communication skills.
