About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Analyst to join our Advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing PPC and DSP data, designing experiments, building automated data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights that guide strategic advertising decisions.

You will work cross-functionally with advertising specialists, data engineers, and business leaders to optimize performance, improve data visibility, and drive smarter marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, process, and analyze PPC and DSP advertising data to support campaign optimization.

  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments that measure the impact of different advertising strategies.

  • Monitor key product metrics and identify root causes of performance changes.

  • Create automated dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings and trends effectively.

Data Visualization & Modeling

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI; proficiency in DAX is essential.

  • Design and maintain robust data models that help measure advertising ROI and business performance.

  • Streamline reporting processes and build data pipelines using Power Automate.

Advanced Analysis & Experimentation

  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to execute SQL queries and analyze cross-campaign results for combined PPC and DSP insights.

  • Translate complex business questions into SQL queries and present clear, actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with marketing strategists to design A/B tests and data experiments to refine campaigns.

  • You actively contribute to data strategy discussions, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and performance improvement.

  • You demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and an ability to turn data into compelling stories that drive business impact.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in digital marketing, PPC, or DSP environments).

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred; Amazon Quicksight is a plus).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience with PPC (Pay-Per-Click) or DSP (Demand-Side Platform) data analysis on Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or similar platforms.

  • Experience working in e-commerce or digital advertising agencies.


Location & Work Flexibility

We are open to candidates who can work remotely or are located near our Lehi, Utah office. Our teams collaborate across regions, so flexibility, clear communication, and self-motivation are key.
