π’ About the Role – Corporate Relationship Manager
TCS is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and expand its corporate client base across PAN India. The selected candidate will play a key role in lead generation, corporate partnerships, revenue growth, and long-term relationship building.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Corporate Sales, especially those currently working in the Job Portal industry or associated with TPO (Training & Placement Office) sales.
β Key Responsibilities – Corporate Relationship Manager

Handle B2B Corporate Sales across PAN India

Lead corporate lead generation and sourcing

Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

Manage end-to-end sales processes via calls, Microsoft Teams, and field meetings

Build and maintain a strong PAN India corporate database

Prepare and deliver Excel reports and PPT presentations

Utilize a strong LinkedIn professional network for business development

Travel within the region to meet and engage corporate clients

Thrive in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
π― Required Skills & Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:
β Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate B2B Sales
β Experience in handling PAN India corporate accounts
β Background in Job Portal Industry or TPO Sales will be an advantage
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (PPT)
β A robust LinkedIn professional network
β Readiness to travel within the assigned region
β Ability to perform under sales targets and performance pressure
β Must be based in Bangalore
β Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and excellent English communication
