As a Content Writer at Black Box, you will play a critical role in creating highly effective marketing content tailored to the IT and Technical IT domain. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and independent judgment to develop content that supports sales enablement and strengthens brand messaging.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing Communications, UX teams, and Marketing Operations to translate business strategies into concise and engaging narratives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities – Content Writer

✔️ Translate company strategy into clear, compelling content in collaboration with marketing and UX teams
✔️ Research and write content across multiple formats, including:
✔️ White papers, blogs, newsletters, and campaign mailers
✔️ Customer case studies, infographics, and e-books
✔️ Instructor presentations, application notes, and business collaterals
✔️ Conceive, script, and support production of video content such as product demos and customer testimonials
✔️ Review and refine content to maintain style consistency, clarity, and logical structure
✔️ Create posters and presentations that clearly communicate unique selling points (USPs)
✔️ Ensure technical accuracy, grammatical correctness, and compliance with brand style guides

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications – Content Writer

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
✔️ 3–6 years of professional experience in IT marketing content creation (digital & offline)
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
✔️ Solid research, interviewing, and storytelling abilities
✔️ Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Working knowledge of Google Analytics

🔧 Preferred Expertise

✔️ Experience in signal conversion, digitization, HCI extension, IP, or wireless technologies
