Radio Mirchi, India’s leading infotainment brand, is evolving beyond terrestrial radio into a global multimedia powerhouse. This role is a strategic hire within their Central Strategy Team. It is designed for an “AI-native” professional who can look at 18 years of established business processes and reinvent them using modern automation and generative AI.

Rather than just performing analysis, you will be an internal “Efficiency Architect,” building the actual tools that save time for sales, content, and operations teams.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves “building” as much as “thinking.”

  • Process Mapping: Deep-dive into various departments (Radio, Digital, Events) to visualize how work currently flows.

  • AI Implementation: You won’t just “chat” with AI; you will integrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilotinto daily SOPs to automate scriptwriting, data entry, or reporting.

  • No-Code Development: Build internal trackers and dashboards using Airtable, Notion, or Zapier to replace manual spreadsheets and emails.

  • Impact Tracking: Define the “ROI of AI.” You will measure exactly how many hours your automations saved the company each month.

  • Strategy Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the leadership’s high-level goals and the ground-level execution of productivity tools.
