Role Overview

Codeatrix is seeking a motivated Business Analytics Intern for a 2-month paid, part-time remote program.

Under the guidance of dedicated mentors, the intern will collect, organize, and validate business data to produce executive reports, visual dashboards, and performance tracking models. This position bridges business strategy and data analytics, equipping freshers with hands-on exposure to reporting workflows and decision-support analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Hygiene: Assist in gathering, structuring, and validating business datasets across operational and project streams.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare recurring business summaries, visual dashboards, and performance decks for internal stakeholders.

• Trend & Anomaly Detection: Analyze key operational metrics to highlight growth trends, performance patterns, and data discrepancies.

• Project Support & Research: Support analytics initiatives through background research, requirement tracking, and metric documentation.

• Remote Execution: Manage assigned tasks independently, adhere to project schedules, and present findings clearly during online team reviews.

Qualification Requirements

• Target Audience: Freshers and students pursuing or holding degrees in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or allied streams.

• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical reasoning, high attention to detail, and comfort working with quantitative data.

• Communication & Organization: Clear written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach to documentation.

• Work Setup: Must possess a reliable computer and internet connection for part-time, remote project delivery.
