🧩 About the Role – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at SuperPe, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve understanding business needs, translating them into structured requirements, and supporting the development of FinTech solutions such as payments, lending, and banking systems.

This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in a startup-style FinTech environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

  • Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.

  • Supporting product teams working on FinTech platforms.

  • Analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting insights.

  • Creating process flows, user stories, BRDs and FRDs.

  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Conducting market and competitor analysis.

  • Ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications – Business Analyst

💼 Experience

  • 1–2 years as a Business Analyst (FinTech or financial services preferred).

📚 Domain Knowledge

Basic understanding of:

  • Payments & wallets

  • APIs

  • Lending systems

  • KYC & AML

🧠 Core Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

💻 Technical Skills (Bonus)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

➕ Additional Requirements (From Job Poster)

  • Can start immediately.

  • Comfortable with on-site work.

  • 2+ years experience with SQL.

  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • 2+ years experience as an Analyst.
