About the Role: P&C Insurance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate for P&C Insurance Operations to manage processes for our Commercial, Enterprise, and Private Client portfolios. This role is critical in maintaining the insurance lifecycle, ensuring that policyholders receive accurate and timely servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Administration: Manage end-to-end policy servicing tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.

  • Endorsements & Renewals: Process pre-renewals and handle mid-term endorsements or policy changes as requested by customers.

  • Documentation: Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation and digital records for audit purposes.

  • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective email communication with internal teams and global stakeholders to resolve queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or a related field with a minimum of 15 years of regular full-time education.

  • Experience: 1-5 years in International P&C Insurance Operations, Broking, or General Insurance.

  • Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, basic MS Office proficiency, and an eagle eye for detail.

  • Certifications: Basic Insurance Certification or Cert CII is highly preferred.

  • Compliance: Must have all educational and employment documents; salary credit must be via bank (No cash in hand).
