As an AI Engineer at Linnk Innovation Hub, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities – AI Engineer

✅ Define and drive Linnk’s AI vision and technology roadmap.
✅ Build and deploy AI models for NLP, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
✅ Integrate AI systems into SaaS platforms using microservices and APIs.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams.
✅ Document best practices and mentor junior engineers.
✅ Ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment aligned with business goals.
✅ Stay ahead of emerging AI research and trends to keep Linnk competitive.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications – AI Engineer

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Applied AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP tools (SpaCy, Hugging Face) and chatbot frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Sound understanding of AI ethics and data privacy principles.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in SaaS, CRM/ERP, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of vector databases such as pgvector or Pinecone.
