About the Role: Shaping the Future of Semantic AI

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer specialized in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Knowledge Graphs to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore.

In this role, you will move beyond simple chatbots to build sophisticated, reasoning-capable systems. You will be responsible for orchestrating agent workflows and implementing semantic reasoning pipelines that allow AI to understand and interact with complex enterprise data in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Optimization: Design and develop AI solutions leveraging leading models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.

• Agent Orchestration: Build and manage autonomous agent workflows with integrated tools for complex task execution.

• Knowledge Graph Frameworks: Implement semantic reasoning and Knowledge Graph (KG) pipelines to enhance data connectivity and accuracy.

• Advanced Coding: Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code utilizing industry-standard libraries like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

• Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with global teams to experiment with new AI architectures and scale solutions for diverse industries.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• LLM Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models.

• Agentic Workflows: 2+ years of experience in tool integration and agent orchestration.

• Semantic Reasoning: 2+ years of experience working with Knowledge Graphs and semantic data frameworks.

• Python Proficiency: 3+ years of expertise in Python and AI-centric libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

• Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in experimenting with and building scalable AI solutions.
