About the Role: Predictive Insights for Network Excellence
As an AI/ML Engineer, your primary purpose is to transform high-volume, high-dimensional network data into actionable intelligence. You will work at the intersection of data science and network engineering to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Model Selection: Collaborate with the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to identify, select, and combine the most effective models for network tasks.

Predictive Analytics: Design and rigorously test models for pattern discovery and predictive network analytics.

Full-Cycle Deployment: Partner with network teams to deploy, monitor, and iteratively improve models in a live production environment.

Feedback Integration: Continuously refine AI models based on direct field data and customer feedback.

Big Data Analysis: Analyse high-dimensional network data to identify bottlenecks and optimise Pan-India connectivity.
Technical Skills & Required Attributes
The ideal candidate is a data scientist with a strong engineering mindset and experience handling massive datasets.
Core Technical Stack:

Programming & Frameworks: Advanced proficiency in Python and statistical modeling tools.

Big Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and working within the Databricks environment.
