The Role: AI & GenAI Application Architect

We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role that goes beyond standard ML; you will be responsible for building agentic systems, LLM-integrated platforms, and scalable generative AI architectures.

You will act as the strategic architect for multi-agent systems, defining how LLMs orchestrate with registries and knowledge graphs to solve complex business challenges.

Core Responsibilities & Technical Leadership

• Architectural Design: Lead the creation of scalable GenAI architectures, including RAG pipelines and LLM orchestration layers.

• Agentic Systems: Design multi-agent frameworks using orchestration layers, agent registries, and heterogeneous knowledge graphs.

• Model Optimisation: Oversee model selection and fine-tuning, specifically focusing on Small Language Models (SLMs), adaptor fine-tuning, and pruning.

• Enterprise Integration: Guide the integration of AI systems with major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.

• Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for model lifecycle management, data privacy, bias mitigation, and Responsible AI.

• Strategic Roadmap: Translate business goals into AI solution roadmaps that deliver high ROI and align with enterprise strategy.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Deep NLP Expertise: In-depth experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP/NLI), Transformer, and BERT-based architectures.

• SLM Mastery: Hands-on experience in SLM adaptor fine-tuning, SFT training, and model pruning (Base and Instruct models).

• Retrieval Frameworks: Expertise in retriever frameworks for Q&A bots and contrastive learning.

• Graph Learning: Experience with graph-based embedding methods with heterogeneous features.

• Scaling: Demonstrable experience in scaling models for large-scale search systems.

• Hunger for Innovation: A temperament for fast-paced, data-centric NLP/NLI development.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10–20 years of sustained leadership in AI/ML research and application.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.

• Certifications: AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are highly preferred.
