Internship Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

• Support sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Assist in candidate screening and outreach.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports.
• Work with Excel and MS Office tools.
• Participate in calling and candidate engagement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Candidates

• Indian nationals not employed full-time.
• UG Students/Graduates: BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA.
• PG Candidates: MA, MSc, MCom.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with candidates.
• Willing to work from the office and travel when required.

Not Eligible

• Candidates from IIT, IIM, NLU, IISER, NID, IIIT, IISc.
• CA, CMA, CS, MBA, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MPhil, PhD holders or those currently pursuing these qualifications.
• Candidates enrolled in any government apprenticeship, skill, or internship scheme.
• Individuals who have completed NATS or NAPS programs.
• Candidates with family income above ₹12 lakh in the previous financial year.
• Candidates whose immediate family members are permanent government employees.

Internship Stipend & Benefits

Monthly Financial Support

• Company Contribution: ₹900 per month
• Government DBT Support: ₹8,100 per month
• Total Monthly Assistance: ₹9,000

• One-time incidental grant of ₹6,000 through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
