Position Overview:
Passionate about retail? Seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity? Join Hasbro’s Retail Merchandising Team and help bring the magic of our toys and games to life in stores! As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, you will ensure Hasbro products are fully stocked, well-presented, and aligned with monthly priorities. This role covers retail stores in the Burbank and Northridge, CA areas.

Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours per week, weekdays with occasional weekends)
Location: Burbank/Northridge, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Hasbro products in alignment with planograms and monthly objectives.

  • Stock products from the stockroom to the sales floor.

  • Set up monthly product features to enhance sales and visibility.

  • Partner with store managers to identify merchandising opportunities.

  • Complete store surveys and provide feedback on product placement and conditions.

  • Capture and submit high-quality product display photos.

  • Mentor and support new merchandisers on Hasbro standards.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.

  • Daytime weekday availability (occasional weekends).

  • Previous retail merchandising experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.

  • Strong communication and time-management skills.

  • Tech-savvy with smartphone and computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance, and good driving record.

  • Must live within the assigned territory.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $19.65 – $26.10 (USD)
