As we expand our footprint and enhance our analytics capabilities, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst – Business Analytics to join our Operational Excellence function. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven environments and is passionate about using analytics to enable strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design dashboards, optimize reporting, and support critical business decisions.

🔍 Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.

  • Ensure all dashboards deliver accurate, reliable, and timely information.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business questions.

  • Convert data requirements into structured reporting solutions.

Data Accuracy & Troubleshooting

  • Validate datasets, verify metrics, and troubleshoot data issues.

  • Maintain and strengthen Power BI infrastructure.

User Training & Enablement

  • Train end-users on interpreting dashboards and making data-informed decisions.

  • Promote data literacy across teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with new Power BI features and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics workflows.
