The Role: Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Graduate Development Program)

Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE

We are seeking enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Global Graduate Development Program. This two-year journey is designed to transform talented graduates into the technical specialists and leaders of tomorrow. Based in our UAE offices, you will work on high-impact projects both locally and overseas, gaining the hands-on experience required to shape our collective future.

• Technical Delivery: Work on assignments, design packages, and project engineering activities under the mentorship of industry experts.

• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports that inform critical project decisions.

• Field Exposure: Participate in site visits and design team meetings to see your designs come to life.
