We are currently hiring an Associate Manager II – Internal Audit in Bangalore. If you believe that data is the primary source of audit evidence and you are passionate about GenAI-enabled workflows, Navi is the place where your ambition meets opportunity.

 About the Role: The Tech-Driven Auditor

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Audit. You will move away from traditional sampling and toward full-population testing, using big data to provide real-time insights across Navi’s digital-first products like UPI, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics-Led Execution: Lead risk-based audits using SQL and advanced data analysis to identify anomalies across billions of transactions.

  • Continuous Controls Assurance (CCA): Design and automate near real-time audit checks to replace manual, detective controls with automated, preventive systems.

  • GenAI Enablement: Actively use GenAI tools to refine audit logic, optimize SQL scripts, and accelerate root-cause identification.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to evaluate controls embedded directly within system logic and APIs.

  • Risk Visualization: Build interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize trends and control effectiveness for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills

Professional Background:

  • Qualification: CA / CPA / CIA / CISA / MBA or equivalent.

  • Experience: Strong foundation in internal audit within a technology-driven or platform-based environment.

Technical Stack (Mandatory):

  • SQL: Expert level (Data extraction, validation, and complex querying).

  • BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.

  • Automation: Proficiency in tools like Alteryx or IDEA.

  • GenAI: Demonstrated practical use of AI tools to enhance audit productivity.
