We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist (3–6 years of experience) to help us transform vast data estates into production-ready AI solutions. If you are passionate about building predictive models and scaling GenAI applications on an enterprise level, we want to talk to you.

The Role: Leading the AI Frontier

As a Data Scientist at Irth, you won’t just build models in isolation. You will work within our Medallion Architecture, leveraging Unity Catalogue to ensure your AI solutions are governed, secure, and highly scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• ML & GenAI Development: Design and deploy predictive models (forecasting, anomaly detection) and GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines and LLM-powered assistants.

• Model Lifecycle Management: Package and manage models using Unity Catalogue and model registries, ensuring smooth transitions from experimentation to production.

• Lakehouse Integration: Contribute to Bronze, Silver, and Gold pipelines, ensuring data quality and lineage for all modelling data.

• Production Excellence: Build scalable workflows using Spark and cloud-native tools, implementing robust monitoring and performance tracking.

• Product Collaboration: Work with product teams to define KPIs, conduct experiments, and productionize data products that impact our global ecosystem.

• Governance & Security: Implement RBAC/ABAC access controls and ensure all AI activities comply with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

 Your Profile: The Applied AI Expert

We are looking for an analytical thinker who understands the full lifecycle of data—from raw ingestion to intelligent automation.

• Experience: 3–6 years in Data Science, ML, or applied AI roles.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.

  • Expertise in the Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, MLflow).

  • Hands-on experience with GenAI (Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM integration).

• Engineering Mindset: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated model deployment.

• Governance Savvy: A solid understanding of data residency, data contracts, and security practices.

• Preferred Assets: Experience with geospatial analytics, Power BI, or Databricks certifications.
