Role Overview:
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and provide the best-fit talent. Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Develop relationships with clients to understand job requirements and expectations
