Role Overview:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and provide the best-fit talent. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Develop relationships with clients to understand job requirements and expectations

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities

  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and clients

  • Meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines


Who Should Apply:

We are looking for proactive, self-motivated individuals with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1–3 years preferred, freshers with strong networking skills are welcome)

  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with online recruiting tools and social media platforms

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
