About the Role

As a Freelance Facebook Ads Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for real estate projects. Your core objective will be to drive cost-effective, high-quality property inquiries while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

UrbanMetro Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for someone who can independently manage campaigns, analyse data, and continuously improve performance through testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Facebook Ads lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.

  • Conduct audience research, including geo-targeting, demographic targeting, and buyer intent segmentation.

  • Create and test multiple ad creatives (image, carousel, video, and lead forms).

  • Optimize campaigns for lower CPL (Cost Per Lead) and higher conversion rates.

  • Implement retargeting strategies for website visitors and engaged users.

  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.

  • Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead qualification and funnel efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience running Facebook Ads campaigns specifically for Real Estate projects.

  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified property leads.

  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel tracking.

  • Experience with CRM integration and lead nurturing workflows.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing strategies and performance scaling techniques.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
