Role Summary:
We’re seeking a Founding Engineer to join our early-stage AI startup in San Francisco. You’ll own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment — while shaping the product roadmap and building customer-facing AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to be a core part of a fast-growing company, driving innovation and measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & implement integrations and data ontology mapping tools for enterprise-scale ingestion

• Develop immersive UIs for AI-driven workflows beyond basic chatbots

• Build agentic AI solutions with reinforcement learning and long-term memory

• Partner closely with customers to refine solutions based on real-world feedback

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–6 years in applied ML engineering

• Proven 0-to-1 product delivery with customer impact

• Strong in TypeScript, Python, React

• Production ML pipeline experience

• Deep grasp of ML/statistics/math fundamentals

• Startup experience & willingness to work in-person (SF only)

• US Citizen or Green Card holder

Preferred Qualifications:

• Balanced ML + full-stack development expertise

• Track record of production-ready ML beyond research-only roles

• Ability to iterate quickly in startup environments
