As part of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and UI excellence of Salesforce mobile, web, and hybrid applications. The Role: Guardian of the Mobile Experience

In this role, you aren’t just checking boxes; you are the final line of defence for a platform used by millions of global professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Integration: Work directly with development scrum teams to create and prioritise testing user stories.

• Full-Spectrum Testing: Conduct weekly patches and periodic regression testing for Salesforce mobile web and hybrid apps.

• UI/UX Validation: Develop and execute test cases that ensure seamless UI rendering across all supported devices, apps, and browsers (iOS and Android).

• Bug Management: Retrieve and file bugs from device crash report logs, verify reproducibility, and write high-quality, descriptive bug reports.

• Feedback Loop: Review and take action on direct feedback from Salesforce employees to continuously improve the application experience.

Your Professional Success Profile

We are looking for testers who combine technical curiosity with a rigorous approach to quality.

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in manual testing (specifically Mobile/UI).

• Core Skills:

  • OS Proficiency: Deep familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems and their unique UI guidelines.

  • Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and user story creation.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Experience with crash report logs and identifying reproducibility in complex hybrid apps.

• Communication: Ability to provide clear progress updates to scrum teams and collaborate effectively across departments.

• Location: Hyderabad (Full-Time).
