As an L3 administrator, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, handling high-level escalations and driving innovation through automation. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who excels in hybrid environments (On-Prem & Cloud) and is ready to maintain the stability and security of a global enterprise network.

 The Role: Architecting Stability & Security

In this position, you will move beyond basic support to manage complex server architectures, storage configurations, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Escalations: Act as the final point of contact for L1/L2 support, resolving the most complex hardware, software, and network-related incidents within SLA.

• Automation & DevOps: Write and maintain Ansible playbooks, manage inventories, and develop automation scripts in Python or Bash to streamline routine maintenance.

• Server Management: Install, configure, and optimise Windows Server 2022 and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)environments.

• Access & Compliance: Manage user roles and permissions via LDAP/Directory Services and proactively monitor user activity for security compliance.

• Infrastructure Monitoring: Use enterprise tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds to identify system bottlenecks before they impact the business.

• Storage & Virtualisation: Handle advanced configurations for LVM, NFS, and Samba, alongside hands-on management of Virtual Machines (VMs).

Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for a technical powerhouse who can troubleshoot any Linux or Windows issue under high-pressure situations.

• Core Technical Skills:

  • OS Expertise: Deep understanding of Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2022.

  • Networking: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols.

  • Automation: Hands-on experience with Ansible and scripting (Python/Bash).

  • Storage: Proficient in LVM, NFS, and Samba configurations.

• Soft Skills:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex system failures into manageable tasks.

  • Communication: Clear coordination with external vendors for hardware replacements or advanced configurations.

  • Documentation: Proven ability to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
