Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and scale multi-channel outbound programs (Email, LinkedIn, and occasional calling) for clients. This role focuses on pipeline generation, strategic campaign direction, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead strategic outbound growth plans across Email, LinkedIn, and calling.

  • Act as the primary client-facing strategist for all outbound programs.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign performance, including messaging, execution, optimisation, and reporting.

  • Analyse campaign data and implement performance improvements.

  • Resolve client escalations professionally and effectively.

  • Mentor and guide junior SDRs/Email Specialists to enhance productivity and campaign quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker with experience beyond basic task execution.

  • Strong messaging and positioning across industries and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

  • Data-driven approach to performance optimisation.

  • Ability to advise clients, manage objections, and set realistic expectations.

  • Clear, concise communication and leadership maturity.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of B2B outbound experience (US/UK markets preferred).

  • Proven success in leading outbound Email + LinkedIn demand generation programs.

  • Strong messaging skills (personalisation, ICP-relevant value propositions).

  • Experience managing client calls, presenting strategy, and handling escalations.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly/Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and other emailing platforms.

  • Knowledge of email deliverability and warmup platforms.

  • Ability to coach SDRs and improve campaign execution.
