In this role, you will be embedded within Salesforce scrum teams, ensuring the seamless performance of mobile web and hybrid applications across all supported devices, operating systems, and browsers.

The Role: Bridging Functional Testing & User Satisfaction

Our Mobile Testing team is responsible for the frameworks that render UI across the entire Salesforce mobile landscape—including iOS, Android, and desktop experiences. You will be a vital link in the Agile lifecycle, ensuring that every patch and regression suite meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Integration: Work directly with scrum teams to create testing user stories and prioritise execution.

• Comprehensive Testing: Conduct weekly patch testing and periodic regression testing for mobile web and hybrid apps.

• Bug Life Cycle: Write descriptive bug reports, verify reproducibility, and retrieve/file bugs directly from device crash report logs.

• Cross-Platform Validation: Ensure UI consistency across iOS, Android, and various mobile browsers.

• Feedback Integration: Review and take action on feedback from Salesforce employees using our applications to drive continuous improvement.

• Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update regression test suites to reflect new features and OS updates.

Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for a tester who understands that mobile testing goes beyond just tapping buttons—it requires a deep understanding of device behaviour and platform limitations.

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in Manual Testing (Mobile & UI).

• Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and hybrid application testing.

• OS Expertise: Hands-on experience testing on iOS and Android platforms.

• Testing Skills:

  • Proficiency in writing detailed, reproducible bug reports.

  • Ability to read and interpret device crash logs.

  • Experience in regression, patch, and exploratory testing.

• Communication: Strong collaboration skills to provide progress updates to scrum teams and coordinate with fellow testers.

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
