We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our high-calibre team. This role is focused on ensuring the reliability of our premier Asset and Wealth Management solutions, specifically leveraging T24 Core expertise and advanced automation.

About the Role: Engineering Quality in Fintech

As a Sr. Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating complex business requirements into robust test strategies. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a blend of technical automation mastery and deep domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Leadership: Utilise Selenium and Java to develop and maintain automated test scripts, significantly enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.

• Domain Integration: Execute comprehensive test plans specifically for T24 Core and wealth management applications.

• Strategic Testing: Perform manual testing for complex scenarios requiring human judgment while maintaining rigorous Regression Testing protocols.

• Defect Management: Use Jira to track, manage, and communicate defect resolutions with development teams.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to junior testers.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our testing frameworks and stay updated with the latest industry trends and methodologies.

 Qualifications & Success Profile

We are looking for an ISTQB-certified professional who combines analytical rigor with strong communication skills.

• Experience: 5–9 years in Automation Testing.

• Technical Stack: Proven expertise in Selenium, Java, and Jira.

• Domain Expertise: Practical experience in Asset & Wealth Management and T24 Core is essential.

• Certification: ISTQB Certified Tester is required.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to articulate complex technical risks to stakeholders.
