As a Business Development Specialist, you will lead efforts to generate new business opportunities, manage outreach campaigns, and convert qualified leads into long-term clients. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and presales teams to craft strategies that align with DSRC’s business goals and ensure sustainable growth in the offshore IT services space.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and manage new business opportunities in the US IT market

Lead sales campaigns, develop proposals, estimates, and client presentations

Work across teams to strategise, lead management, conversion, and client retention

Own and improve marketing cadence, email outreach, and campaign success

Track and report business performance, opportunity pipeline, and market trends

Present solutions confidently to clients, showcasing DSRC’s technical capabilities

Maintain competitive intelligence and pricing strategy knowledge

Drive profitability through strategic client acquisition and deal negotiation
🔹 Required Experience & Skills:

3–6 years of proven experience in offshore IT services business development in the US markets

Experience in full sales lifecycle: lead generation to deal closure

Strong understanding of offshore pricing models and customer negotiation

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for marketing collateral and proposals

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns and leading introductory client meetings

Strong time management and organisational abilities
