About the Role

Dropbox is hiring an AI Innovation Lead to revolutionise the way marketing operates through artificial intelligence and automation. As part of the Integrated Marketing Program Management & Business Operations team, you’ll lead the charge in exploring, implementing, and scaling AI-driven marketing workflows that boost productivity, streamline operations, and inspire creativity across teams.

In this high-impact role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical AI solutions and marketing execution, influencing senior leadership decisions and shaping the future of work at Dropbox.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of AI-first and automation-enabled workflows across the Marketing organisation.

  • Identify and scale AI-powered marketing automations to drive operational efficiency.

  • Conduct enablement programs — training, workshops, and communications — to help marketers adopt AI confidently.

  • Collaborate with IT and Marketing Operations to turn AI capabilities into business impact.

  • Run pilot programs that demonstrate measurable ROI and operational success.

  • Monitor emerging AI trends and recommend new innovations for marketing transformation.


Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in marketing operations, execution, or program management with exposure to AI tools.

  • 1+ year of experience using AI or automation to enhance marketing efficiency.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional change and tool adoption.

  • Hands-on experience building or testing AI agents, custom GPTs, or workflow automations.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, low-code/no-code AI tools, or APIs.

  • Experience in SaaS or tech environments, especially supporting go-to-market teams.

  • A creative, experimental mindset passionate about the future of AI in marketing.


Compensation

💰 US Zone 2: $127,800 – $172,800 USD
💰 US Zone 3: $113,600 – $153,600 USD
(Not available in Zone 1: San Francisco, NYC, Seattle metros)
