 About the Role: From Raw Data to C-Suite Insights

This position is designed for a professional who thrives on complexity and high-speed delivery. You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle—from building automated pipelines to presenting daily findings to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Integration: Consolidate large datasets from Excel, MS Access, and SQL. Build automated pipelines to eliminate manual effort and ensure 100% data integrity.

• Advanced SQL Expertise: Write complex queries, stored procedures, and views. You will be expected to optimize these for performance across high-volume relational databases.

• Executive Dashboards: Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards specifically tailored for C-level consumption.

• Strategic Decision Support: Translate raw numbers into business-focused stories. Provide forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking that drive operational efficiency.

• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in legacy reporting and implement modern automation frameworks using Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA.

 Qualifications & Technical Mastery

We are looking for a “power user” who can navigate legacy systems and modern BI tools with equal ease.

Technical Requirements:

• Excel Expert: Mastery of Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas. Proficiency in VBA is highly preferred.

• MS Access Specialist: Strong experience in database design, complex queries, forms, and automation within the Access environment.

• Advanced SQL: Hands-on experience querying large relational databases and optimizing high-volume datasets.

• Communication: Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to senior executives.

• Education: Degree in Data Science, Finance, IT, or a related analytical field.

• Bonus Points: Experience with BI visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
