📝 Core Responsibilities: Content & Strategy Leadership

This dual-role requires a high degree of both creative and analytical thinking, managing the entire content lifecycle from concept to conversion.

Content Strategy & Creation 

  • High-Impact Content: Create large and technical content for the Womennovator website and all social media platforms.

  • Media Outreach: Develop compelling content for Print, Broadcast, and Digital Media outlets.

  • Quality Control: Execute meticulous proofreading and editing across all published materials.

  • Brand Voice: Establish and maintain a unique, consistent brand voice across the website and social media channels.

Social Media Management & Execution 

  • Platform Oversight: Manage and maintain daily activity across all key platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Blogs).

  • Creative Management: Oversee design assets (cover pics, display ads, thumbnails, profiles) and theme-based event branding, liaising with in-house designers.

  • Community Management: Handle day-to-day social media activities, including addressing queries, concerns, and flagging inappropriate content.

  • Content Calendar: Create and strictly control the content calendar for several accounts, managing key influencer and stakeholder coordination.


📈 Digital Strategy & Analytics 

The role is responsible for the performance and reach of all digital content, requiring a strategic, data-driven approach.

  • SEO Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for the website and social media content to boost organic traffic.

  • Campaign & Promotion: Develop strategies and execute promotions for externally funded projects, executive education, and in-house workshops.

  • Analytics Utilization: Employ platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other social media management tools to measure performance, refine strategy, and maintain a positive brand image.


🎓 Required Qualifications for Digital Excellence

Candidates must possess both the academic foundation and verifiable experience in the digital marketing landscape.

  • Academic Background: M.A. degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, English, Media Studies, or an MBA in Marketing or Media Management.

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of verifiable Social Media Marketing success in corporate, education, or social sectors.
