Role Overview

As a Field Customer Support Associate, you will be the frontline representative of Dozee, ensuring seamless installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RPM devices at hospitals and patient homes. You’ll work closely with nurses, care teams, and technical staff to make sure Dozee systems run smoothly and deliver life-saving value.


Key Responsibilities

1. Device Installation & Setup

  • Travel to hospitals/patient homes for device setup and calibration.

  • Ensure network connectivity and functionality before deployment.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Respond to service requests for malfunctioning devices.

  • Fix minor hardware/software issues or escalate complex problems.

  • Apply updates, replace defective units when required.

3. Training & Assistance

  • Train nurses and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.

  • Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting tips for common issues.

  • Support onboarding of telehealth equipment.

4. Inventory & Maintenance

  • Maintain stock of devices and peripherals.

  • Track deployments, replacements, and retrievals.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Log installations, repairs, and service activities.

  • Report recurring issues to engineering/product teams.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to HIPAA & patient data privacy policies.

  • Follow hospital infection control protocols.

7. Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with customer support, logistics, and engineering teams.

  • Provide real-world feedback to improve product performance.


Key Skills Required

  • Strong technical troubleshooting & hardware setup knowledge.

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.

  • Familiarity with healthcare environments & medical devices.

  • Basic knowledge of IoT & networking (preferred).

  • Ability to lift and transport devices safely.
