Job Summary:
Nike is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, campaigns, and consumer engagement across global platforms. This role focuses on driving brand growth through data-led digital initiatives, performance marketing, and storytelling aligned with Nike’s iconic brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across channels.

• Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, social).

• Lead content, social media, email, and influencer marketing initiatives.

• Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and digital KPIs.

• Optimize conversion funnels, website traffic, and customer journeys.

• Collaborate with creative, product, and global marketing teams.

• Manage agency partnerships and digital marketing budgets.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing or brand management roles.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing dashboards).

• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with global consumer or lifestyle brands.

• Knowledge of e-commerce and D2C marketing strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and personalization tools.
