🎯 Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Data Analyst, you will own reporting execution, data validation, and performance tracking across multiple client accounts. You will ensure reporting systems are accurate, reliable, and optimized for efficiency.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance trackers for multiple e-commerce brands.

  • Develop reporting summaries with highlights, insights, and optimization recommendations.

  • Build and maintain dashboard reporting systems.

Data Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct routine data quality checks and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Manage QA trackers and ensure alignment with client deliverables.

  • Perform manual data entry when required to correct inconsistencies.

Supermetrics & Automation

  • Monitor Supermetrics connectors and troubleshoot broken or outdated queries.

  • Validate automated data flows and reporting systems.

  • Identify gaps in data pipelines and recommend automation improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support account managers, media buyers, analytics teams, and leadership with ad-hoc data requests.

  • Complete channel projection plans and internal reporting templates.

  • Contribute to performance reviews and strategic reporting discussions.


🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, validations).

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience with Supermetrics or similar BI/data connector tools.

  • Ability to translate raw data into clear performance narratives.

  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving reporting discrepancies.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, etc.).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

  • Comfortable managing multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Exposure to dashboard tools or data visualization platforms.

  • Understanding of QA processes and media channel performance.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics and paid media reporting.
