Role Overview: DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure management. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about building scalable workflows, optimizing deployment processes, and contributing to the success of critical data-driven applications.
As a DevOps Engineer at Dhurin, you will be responsible for integrating development and operations to streamline delivery, enhance reliability, and support continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Cloud Infrastructure & Services

Build, configure, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including:

Azure App Services & Web Apps
-
Azure Functions & Static Web Apps
-
Virtual Networks (VNets), Application Gateway, and Private Endpoints
-
Azure Key Vault, Storage Accounts, and Azure SQL Server/Databases
-

Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with best practices
CI/CD & Automation
-
Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Actions
-
Automate deployments, testing, and environment provisioning to accelerate development and reduce manual processes.

Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues to ensure reliable delivery
Collaboration & Development Support

Work closely with backend developers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices

Support backend applications built on Python (Django) and contribute to infrastructure integration with REST APIs
-
Ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and efficient in production environments.
Monitoring & Optimization

Use Azure monitoring and alerting tools to analyze performance metrics and system health.

Identify opportunities for performance enhancements, cost savings, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
-
2+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
-
Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Services

2+ years of SQL experience, preferably with Azure SQL Server

1+ year of Python experience (scripting or backend development)
-
1+ year of Java experience

Experience working with REST APIs
-
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
